Steel Structure & Pallet Rack Installation

Push Back Racking

Push back racking is a high-density storage system that allows pallets to be stored multiple positions deep from a single aisle. It operates on a last-in, first-out (LIFO) basis using nested carts on inclined rails.

Key Installation Requirements

  • Rail systems installed at precise pitch for controlled pallet movement
  • Proper cart alignment to prevent binding or tracking issues
  • Secure anchoring and frame leveling
  • Installation of stops and safety components at the pick face
