Carton Flow

Carton flow systems are designed for piece picking and operate on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. Items move along sloped roller tracks from the back of the system to the picking face.

Key Installation Requirements

• Proper shelf pitch for smooth carton movement
• Roller or wheel track alignment based on carton size
• Installation of impact trays at loading points
• Front-facing pick lanes designed for visibility and access
• Divider systems to keep SKUs organized and prevent jams
